Better than a bottle

Super easy to make your own salad dressing and if you add it to fresh greens it is totally worth the five minutes to make. Lemon, red wine vinegar, olive oil, fresh oregano and salt and pepper. After a morning at the St. Paul Farmer’s Market I over bought, as usual. Good excuse to make a big Greek imagesalad for dinner.image
