This is an article about my adventure cleaning up my kitchen using lots of advice from Mark Bittman and Michael Pollan.  It started with a loaf of bread in a very long grocery store bread aisle….image

  1. Eileen,

I’d forgotten that great green tuppeware and forgotten that we baked bread on the weekends. Baking bread seemed like doing something worthwhile with your kids. At least that was how I justified doing it! Thanks a million for the great memory. Thanks also for introducing me to the bread hook. It is a great compromise to the bread machine and kneading by hand.

    Love, Mom
